The IWU Women's Team advanced to the NCCAA Seminal round of the national tournament with a win over Olivet Nazarene University last night. Errika Comerouski scstarted the scoring with a shot to the backpost in the first half. Her unassisted goal stood up as the sole tally for either team in the first half. In the second stanza, the Wildcats missed several easy chances but iced the match eventually with a goal from center midfielder, Claire Comerouski. Megan Marshall assisted on her goal and moments later scored after receiving the ball from Cat Turner. Indiana Wesleyan raised their record to 19-2-1 and recorded their 12th shutout of the year. Sara Lawson had 4 saves as the Wildcats outshot the Tigers 21 to 5. IWU plays Mt. Vernon Nazarene University at 5 pm on November 18.
