MARION, Ind. -- Adam Wroughton will continue his men's tennis career at Indiana Wesleyan University in the fall of 2010.
Wroughton is from Lake Central High School in St. John, Indiana. Lake Central is widely considered one of the top tennis programs in the state.
"Adam is an extremely accomplished player and will have a major impact on our team right away," said Indiana Wesleyan head coach Keith Ruberg.
Wroughton earned All-State First Team, All-Conference First Team and All-District First team following a 20-2 record at No. 1-doubles. He finished fourth in the State Tournament and was also named Academic All-State.
Indiana Wesleyan won the Mid-Central College Conference regular season and tournament championships in the fall and will resume play in the spring on March 20 with a home date against Aquinas (Mich.) College.
