MARION, Ind. -- Kristina Ross will continue her softball career at Indiana Wesleyan University in the 2010-11 season.
Ross played infield and outfield for Harrison High School in Harrison, Ohio. For the Wildcats, Ross will be playing shortstop.
During her senior season Ross batted .444 with a .946 OPS. She scored 19 runs in 22 games and knocked in 14 runs. Ross collected at least one hit in 18 of 22 games.
"Kristina is a perfect fit for everything that we look for in recruiting players for our team and Indiana Wesleyan University," said Indiana Wesleyan head coach Sue Bowman. "She will be an asset to our team as she steps into our shortstop position. Kristina has been an outstanding player in high school and on her travel team. Kristina is an outstanding academic student and will fit into our NAIA Academic Team."
