MARION, Ind. -- The Indiana Wesleyan University baseball team continues to bring in talent for the upcoming 2012-13 season as the Wildcats recently added Jordan Crabb.
Crabb is a left handed pitcher from Twin Lakes High School in Monticello, Indiana. He is a two-time All-Conference performer and this past season was named All-White County and All-Area. Crabb was team captain during his senior campaign and led Twin Lakes in ERA and wins. The incoming freshman also played for the Remington Legion club during the summer.
Crabb also excelled in the classroom where he was named Academic All-State and is a two-time Scholastic Award winner in baseball as well as earning the honor twice in tennis and once in basketball. He also was a member of the National Honor Society.
"Jordan had a well decorated high school career both on the field and in the classroom," said Indiana Wesleyan head coach Chad Newhard. "We are excited to have another great student and athlete in our program. I feel Jordan is projectable on the mound and feel like his best days are still ahead of him."
