MARION, Ind. – Five Indiana Wesleyan University volleyball players earned various awards from the National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) which were announced following the national tournament.

Senior Shannon Millen and junior Rebekah Reichard were each named NCCAA First Team All-Americans and to the NCCAA All-Tournament Team.

Millen earns All-American status from the right-side following a season in which she totaled 365 kills, 152 digs, 100 blocks and 61 assists. Outside hitter Reichard tallied team-highs this year with 686 kills and 90 service aces. She also earned 731 digs and 95 blocks.

Senior Elisabeth Beam, junior Jill MacMillan, Millen, junior Erin Miller and Reichard were named Scholar Athletes. Student-athletes must earn a 3.4 GPA to be eligible for this award.

Indiana Wesleyan finished the season 37-9 while completing the NCCAA National Tournament as runner-up.
