CEDARVILLE, Ohio -- The Indiana Wesleyan University cross country teams ran very well at the National Christian College Athletic Association National (NCCAA) meet on Saturday in Cedarville, Ohio.

The men finished as national runner-up and the women placed third.

Malone (Ohio) College, the No. 1-ranked team in the NAIA, won the championship with 30 points. The Wildcats earned 63 points and third place went to MidAmerica Nazarene (Kan.) University with 91 points. Twenty-two teams participated in the meet.

Senior Elias Rojas and junior Josh Foss led the Wildcats with top-10 finishes. Rojas was ninth with a time of 25:46 and Foss earned 10th and ran a 25:50.

Also scoring for Indiana Wesleyan was junior Bryan Hazel (26:05) in 14th place, senior Daniel Ballard (26:17) in 16th place and senior Joshua Miller (26:30) in 22nd place.
