MARION, Ind. -- The Indiana Wesleyan University men’s soccer team moved up two spots to No. 11 in the final NAIA poll of the season.

The Wildcats earned two victories in the Mid-Central College Conference Tournament to move up in the poll. IWU then won the MCC tournament championship 3-2 over Goshen (Ind.) College the same day the polls were released.

Indiana Wesleyan has now captured the MCC regular season and tournament championships this season while compiling a 17-3-1 record. The Wildcats will next look to lock up a NAIA Region VIII championship and an automatic bid to the NAIA National Tournament.

IWU hosts Madonna (Mich.) University at 7 p.m. on Saturday, November 3 at the Outdoor Athletic Complex in the Region VIII semifinal. With a win, the Wildcats would advance to the Regional championship match on Wednesday, November 7 at a site to be determined.
