MARION, Ind. -- Jennifer Lee is the third person to sign for the 2014-15 school year to continue her women’s tennis career at Indiana Wesleyan University.
Lee is from Lockport, Illinois and attends Lockport Township High School. She has played four years of varsity tennis at both singles and doubles. Her senior year this past fall she played No. 2-doubles placing second in the conference, fourth in sectionals, and was a state qualifier. She received the Co-MVP Award and finishes with a record of 26-9.
Lee has many academic accomplishments. She has a 4.3 GPA and is ranked 36 out of 883 of her senior class. She is a member of the National Honor Society, National German Honor Society, and was named a 2014 Illinois State Scholar.
“I am very happy Jennifer chose Indiana Wesleyan,” said Indiana Wesleyan head coach Terry Porter. “She is a fine tennis player and an outstanding student and young lady. I expect great things from Jennifer over the next four years.”
Lee plans on majoring in Pre-Law at Indiana Wesleyan.
