MARION, Ind. -- The Mid-Central College Conference has named Indiana Wesleyan University sophomore center Zach Coverstone the MCC Men’s Basketball Player of the Week, according to the conference.

Coverstone earned two double-doubles last week as Indiana Wesleyan went 2-0. The honor is his third of the season.

The Columbia City, Indiana native averaged 11.0 points, 11.5 rebounds and 3.0 assists in wins over University of Saint Francis (Ind.) and Taylor (Ind.) University. He added three blocked shots on the week while shooting 90.0-perecent from the field.

Indiana Wesleyan is 20-9 on the season.
