MARION, Ind. -- Indiana Wesleyan University junior Josh Foss was honored as the National Christian College Athletic Association Men’s Indoor Track and Field Student-Athlete of the Week, according to the association.

The award is for the week of February 18-24. During that time, Foss was named the NCCAA Athlete of the Meet at the national indoor track championships.

Foss won national championships in the mile run (4:13) and 3,000-meter run (8:38). He also broke the NCCAA national record in each event. In addition, Foss was a member of the distance medley relay team that won the national championship.

Foss and the Indiana Wesleyan indoor track and field team will next compete in the NAIA Nationals from March 6-8 in Johnson City, Tennessee.
