Antonio Murrell was selected NAIA All-American Honorable Mention.
MARION, Ind. -- Indiana Wesleyan University junior guard Antonio Murrell was honored as a NAIA All-American Honorable Mention, according to the NAIA.
The All-American status is a first for the Indianapolis, Indiana native.
Murrell leads the Wildcats this season with 17.5 points per game. He also chimes in with 5.1 rebounds and 2.8 assists. For the season, Murrell is shooting 45.2-percent from beyond the arc and 84.3-percent from the free throw line.
Indiana Wesleyan is 21-11 this season and is currently competing in the National Christian College Athletic Association national championship in Oakland City, Indiana.
