The Indiana Wesleyan University women?s soccer team had five players named NAIA (National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics) Scholar-Athlete last week.
Midfielder Gretchen Breckner (jr.), forward Kate Turnow (jr.), defender Sydney Bobo (jr.), defender Stephanie Falatko (sr.) and defender Janelle Demchak (sr.) were all honored for their efforts on the field and in the classroom.
The NAIA Scholar-Athlete is awarded to juniors and seniors with at least a 3.5 cumulative grade point average.
