For the fifth straight year the Wildcats have been recognized for their sportsmanship and fair play. The NSCAA Ethics Committee presented the team the Silver Merit Award for receiving only 4 cautions and no ejections during the 2006 season. In 2005 IWU won the Gold Award for no cautions or ejections and did not receive a caution during a 45 game streak over the 2005 and 2006 season.
