Subject: Athletic Training Facilities and Services

On behalf of the Indiana Wesleyan University Athletic Department, we would like to welcome you and your team to the campus. We hope that your visit is safe and injury free. We have three Athletic Training facilities from which to serve you. The indoor Athletic Training Room is located in the Indoor Sports Complex. Our outdoor Athletic Training Rooms are located in the Sports Pavilion Building directly by softball and baseball fields, and in the Indoor Sports Complex building located by the tennis courts.

The following items and services will be available during your visit:

1. Coolers with water and ice chest with ice bags

2. Cups for bench and locker room if needed

3. Taping and treatment tables available in all athletic training facilities

4. Therapeutic modalities are available upon request in all athletic training facilities

• Modalities available include the following: Heat, Ice, Ultrasound, Electrical Stimulation, and

Shortwave Diathermy.

• If an athletic training student or manager is traveling with your team, a written request from the athletic

training staff is necessary for use of modalities.

5. A Certified Athletic Trainer will be on site; a physician is on call
