Bill Dobrik is in his fourth season as an assistant coach for the Lady Wildcats.

He serves as recruiting coordinator, as well as assists in scouting, film exchange, academic monitoring, on-court coaching, as well as other administrative duties.

During his first season, the Lady Wildcats finished with an overall record of 33-3 and #3 national ranking. The Lady Wildcats also were regular season and tournament champions of the Mid-Central Conference with an undefeated record.

Dobrik also serves as Special Assistant to the Athletic Director where he handles various game day operations and is a site coordinator

Dobrik graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2004 with a BS degree in kinesiology.
