2007-08 Men's Soccer signee Josh McKinley
Josh McKinley

Coach Castro says…
Josh is an excellent addition to our program and brings a solid technical ability and supreme vision to our team. Josh plays with tremendous spatial awareness which allows him to know what is going on around him at all times. His ability to slot dangerous balls between gaps and behind restraining lines is exceptional.

Josh helped lead his Wheaton North H.S. team to a third place finish in the prestigious Illinois class 2A state championship his junior year and this winning attitude is exactly what we look for in our recruits. Josh is the fourth generation McKinley to attend IWU. His father, Rick McKinley, was captain and earned MCC All Conference accolades in 1981. Josh will represent the # 14 jersey in honor of his father who wore the same number.
