The Indiana Wesleyan University men's basketball program has received its third commitment from the 2009 class.
George Jones IV, a 6-3 guard from South Bend Clay High School, recently gave a verbal commitment to become a Wildcat.
As a junior, Jones averaged 18 points, five rebounds and four assists per game while leading Clay to a 16-5 record. Through three games this season, Jones is averaging 24 points per game.
"We are extremely excited to add George to our recruiting class. He is an extremely athletic player who is very versatile on the court," says Indiana Wesleyan head coach Greg Tonagel. "George has a chance to become a great player at IWU over his career."
Jones joins Rossville's Aaron Martin and Kokomo's Patrick Hopkins in the 2009 Indiana Wesleyan recruiting class.
