Indiana Wesleyan University head baseball coach Chad Newhard has received a letter of commitment from Michael Caley for the 2009-10 school year.

Caley is a right handed pitcher and infielder from Norwell High School in Ossian, Indiana. Caley was an honorable mention All-Northeast Hoosier Conference last season and was a part of the Norwell team that won the 3A baseball state championship in 2007 and state runner-up in 2006.

"We are extremely excited to have Michael on board for next season. He has pitched some very significant innings in a program that has been highly successful over the past several years. Michael also exemplifies the type of character and student that we are looking to have in our program."
