Indiana Wesleyan University baseball has recently signed Phillip Lougheed to an NAIA letter of intent for the 2010 baseball season.
Lougheed was named his team Most Valuable Player, was a four year varsity player, Defensive Player of the Year, First Team All-Metro League and played travel baseball with the Michigan Red Sox.
"Phillip is a great fit for our program," stated Indiana Wesleyan head coach Chad Newhard. "He has a desire to get better and brings high character to our team. We are looking forward to having the opportunity to have Phillip in our program."
