Cody Jones has committed to play baseball next season at Indiana Wesleyan University.

Jones is a senior left handed pitcher and outfield at Blackford High School.

"I am very excited Cody has chosen Indiana Wesleyan," said Indiana Wesleyan head coach Chad Newhard. "He has tremendous upside as a baseball player and has done extremely well in the classroom. I look forward to seeing Cody continue to excel as a student and as an athlete here at IWU."

Jones is a member of the National Honor Society, was a Lilly award winner and is planning on majoring in Secondary Education while attending Indiana Wesleyan.
