Time of Meet:                Packets Containing numbers and maps will be available beginning 9:00 A.M. at the starting line behind the softball field bleachers.  Start/Finish line are in this general area..Limited parking available along the athletic field drive...Buses will have special parking, but not in close proximity.

There will be a homecoming race on the course at 8:30 a.m.  You may contact the Wellness Center, at 765-674-4455 and ask for Travis Coles if you have coaches, parents, etc. who want to sign up for the race.

          First Call:   9:40 a.m.

          Directions given at starting line at 9:55 a.m.

          Starting Time:                10:00 a.m.  Women’s Race

                                                11:00 a.m.  Men’s Race

                                                12:00 noon Award Presentation

Nature of Course: 99 % grass..very flat..conducive to fast times..measured accurately. Women run a single loop and then one mile in reverse.. Men run 2 loops with an additional inner loop.

Course Markings: Course will be lined.  Where there is a mowed path, runners must stay within the mowed path.  Where there are two cones, runners must run between them and where there is a single cone or stake, runners must run to the outside of the object.  Course marshals will disqualify any runner who gains an advantage from running off the marked course.  The kilometer and mile marks are marked, times may or may not be read officially.

Awards:      Team trophies will be awarded to the top 2 teams and top individual for both men and women.  Individual awards will be awarded to the first 20 finishers for each gender.

Entries:  Entries to be made via www.directathletics.com  Entries are due by 7:00 PM on Wed. October 3^rd. 

Results:       Results will be available ASAP after the finish of the awards ceremony. We will also mail copies and immediately post results on the IWU home page...www.iwuwildcats.com

Entry Fee:   $150.00 for Men’s Team

                   $150.00 for women’s Team/////$300.00 for both

                   $10.00 Unattached Athletes
